OUR FAMILY
Muller family farm started over 150 years ago in Noble Township, near Griswold, Iowa. We are the sixth generation of farmers raising livestock and producing grain while stewarding the land. We value the work ethic, resilience, independence, self reliance, and connection with nature that is instilled through farm life. We homeschool our four children to fully embrace this lifestyle. Noble Provisions arose from our desire to provide high quality, locally raised meat directly to family, friends, neighbors, and our community.

What makes Noble Provisions unique?
At Noble Provisions, we embody and practice regenerative agriculture. Regenerative agriculture is a conservation and rehabilitation approach to food and farming systems to maintain the land we steward and improve the soil health outside of our front door. We are diversified in both livestock and grain production, so that we are able to capture unique advantages that help us efficiently and effectively grow our animals while increasing the productivity of our land. Through planting cover crops and grazing cattle on these cover crops and pastures, we are able to allow our cattle space to grow comfortably, reducing the need for antibiotics in the animals selected for Noble Provisions meat. We use a consulting veterinarian to guide our practices and monitor our cattle health. The use of natural fertilizer on our fields and pastures reduce run-off and contain a multitude of micronutrients to naturally boost crop yields.
We know that premium meat comes from the healthiest animals. The healthiest animals come from optimum nutrition and a comfortable growing environment. Our beef is grass started, grain finished which creates that optimum nutrition and a comfortable growing environment resulting in highly marbled, tender and flavorful meat. We implement feed rations developed by a consulting animal nutritionist, using ingredients grown on our farm. We take pride in caring for our livestock using proper animal husbandry practices in accordance with the Beef Quality Assurance program.
The top 2.4% of our cattle are hand selected as beef meeting the quality and standards we desire to feed our customers. Through intentional grain farming practices, we are able to use our own pasture, hay, silage, cornstalks, and corn for the cattle feed ingredients.

PICKUP & DELIVERY
You can order from our inventory at any time. We sell from our farm 8am-5pm, Monday - Saturday. We offer free delivery to anywhere in Cass County most days of the week. We offer free delivery to the Omaha and Des Moines metro areas on a monthly basis. We also sell our products at the Produce In The Park Markets in Atlantic, Iowa. Please login and pick the most convenient pick up or delivery option for you.
