Take the guess work out of how to prepare healthy protein! Monthly Meat Provisions will include both beef and pork. We will provide you the delicious product and recipes for how to cook it!
We offer three options:
1) Small Provision (5-7 lbs of meat): This package includes 2 lbs of ground beef, 1 package of 2 grilling steak (Ribeyes or New York Strip), 1-2 beef or pork roast or value cut, and a snack (beef sticks, beef jerky, pork sticks, or summer sausage).

2) Medium Provision (10-12 lbs. of meat.): You can expect 4-5 lbs of ground beef, premium steaks and grilling cuts, roasts, assorted beef and pork cuts (ribs, minute steaks, tenderized round steak, sausage, brats, etc.), and snacks (beef sticks, beef jerky, pork sticks, or summer sausage).

3) Large Provision (15-17 lbs of meat): You can expect 7-9 lbs of ground beef, premium steaks and grilling cuts, roasts, assorted beef and pork cuts (ribs, brisket, minute steaks, tenderized round steak, sausage, brats, etc.), and snacks (beef sticks, beef jerky, pork sticks, or summer sausage).
